Terms of Service

Last updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIP Consultancy website and any services, content, or communications we provide through it. Please read them carefully.

By accessing our website, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Plain-language note: The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any paid work are always set out in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement. Those signed documents take priority over anything on this page if there is a conflict.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or the organization you represent) and AIP Consultancy. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company.

2. Who we are

AIP Consultancy ("AIP Consultancy," "we," "us," or "our") provides go-to-market strategy, business process automation, AI voice agents, and AI agent systems for business teams. You can reach us using the details in the Contact us section.

3. Use of our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers, or connected systems
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the site or its infrastructure
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as normally permitted by a browser or search engine
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms

We may suspend or restrict access to the site at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.

4. Services & engagements

Information on this website is for general guidance and does not by itself create a client relationship. Any paid engagement begins only when both parties agree in writing to a proposal, statement of work, or service agreement that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

We aim to perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, result, or return, as results depend on many factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos, and the "AIP Consultancy" name and branding — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the site for its intended purpose, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our branding or content without our permission.

Ownership of any deliverables we create for you under a paid engagement is governed by the relevant service agreement. As a general principle, you own the work products we build for you once they are paid for, while we retain rights to our own pre-existing tools, methods, and know-how.

6. Third-party tools & links

Our services often involve third-party platforms (for example, CRMs, automation tools, or AI providers), and our site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. Fees & payment

Fees, payment schedules, and invoicing terms for paid work are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Unless stated otherwise there, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, and invoices are due within the period specified in that agreement.

8. Confidentiality

During an engagement, both parties may share confidential information. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement. Detailed confidentiality terms, where needed, are set out in the applicable service agreement or a separate non-disclosure agreement.

9. Disclaimers

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIP Consultancy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website.

For any paid services, our total liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIP Consultancy and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the site, you also agree to that policy.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the website at any time if you breach these Terms or use the site in a way that could harm us or others. Termination of any paid engagement is governed by the relevant service agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at AIP Consultancy's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a signed service agreement specifies otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
